Introduction<\/strong><\/p> 1. The purpose of this document is to set out the standards of behaviour expected from all those who engage in activity relating to Requirements<\/strong><\/p> 2. When engaged in any activity relating to Wainsgate Chapel, a a. act with honesty and integrity;<\/p> b. act in accordance with:<\/p> i. any relevant policies and procedures of Wainsgate Chapel, as published on the website of Wainsgate ii. any reasonable instructions given by a trustee or committee member, which relate to the relevant iii. the purpose and values of Wainsgate Chapel, as c. treat others with fairness and respect;<\/p> d. make a trustee or committee member aware of any inappropriate conduct the Colleague suspects may have e. discharge their responsibility to Wainsgate Chapel in a safe, competent and timely manner.<\/p> 3. When engaged in any activity relating to Wainsgate Chapel, a Colleague must not:<\/p> a. bring Wainsgate Chapel into disrepute;<\/p> b. engage in any activity that may cause physical or mental harm or distress to another person (including verbal abuse, physical abuse, assault, bullying, discrimination or harassment);<\/p> c. damage or misappropriate any property that does not belong to the Colleague; or<\/p> d. engage in any illegal activity.<\/p> 4. If the trustees of Wainsgate Chapel become aware of a breach of the requirements set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, they shall 15 March 2023<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Introduction 1. published on the website of Wainsgate Chapel from time
to time;<\/p>
occurred, which relates to Wainsgate Chapel;<\/p>
consider whether to terminate the relationship between Wainsgate Chapel and the relevant Colleague(s).<\/p>
