WADSWORTH WALKING MARKET

SUNDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 11AM-4PM

Wadsworth Walking Market is a walking trail of craft, food and pre-loved stalls across four venues in Wadsworth: Wainsgate Chapel, Old Town Cricket Club, Old Town Primary School and Wadsworth Community Centre.

It’s always a highlight of our year at Wainsgate and all across the hilltop, and we are delighted to be part of this year’s market. We’ll be open with lots of stalls and a great selection of delicious home-baked cakes, yummy hot dogs (meat & vegan), teas and coffee and other refreshments + a licensed bar.

All of the stall fees will go to support support local charities.

Claudette and Rachel, who organise the event say this:

We are looking for locally produced, artisan crafted designs therefore we are unable to host commercially branded products.

We are keen to offer ourshoppers a varied experience that celebrates our creative local community of artists and makers.

As our venues run the catering, we do not accept applications from other food vendors.

So if you are a local printer, potter, knitter, stitcher, jeweller, joiner or candlestick maker and you wish to have a stall to sell your wares, then please email:

If you’re applying for the first time, please send photos of your work along with links to your social media.

We are unable to reserve any spaces or specific venues but if you have a preference then we will take this into consideration.

Please state this in your email.

Stall fees are as follows:
Old Town Cricket Club £10 (small table)
Old Town Primary School classroom £10
Old Town Primary School Hall £20
Wadsworth Community Centre £20
Wainsgate Chapel £25

Claudette and I will be curating and allocating stalls once the applications close on Saturday 20th September.
We look forward to hearing from you!”
